Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that all products sold on Perfumania are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the original manufacturers.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrances.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of your scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as in a bedroom drawer rather than a bathroom.
What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%), making it longer-lasting, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) for a lighter, more subtle wear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and its territories due to international regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based liquids.
