At Perfumania, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, you may return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original box with all protective inserts to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
